For the past 14 years, I’ve built companies, communities, and partnerships that help organizations grow.

My first company, Inclusion Unpacked, helped founders build more inclusive businesses. We raised more than $250K, built a network of 100+ experts, and worked with companies including Sakara Life, HerWorkplace, and HerFirst100K.

I went on to build communities inside some of the world’s most influential organizations. At Meta, I created Black Women at Meta, growing it into a community and platform for Black women across the company. At Nest, I led partnerships across a global network of thousands of artisan businesses in more than 100 countries, working with brands including Etsy, West Elm, Target, Kendra Scott, and Gap Inc.

Today, I work across brand partnerships, sponsorships, experiential, fundraising, and community. I help brands find the right people to work with, and help founders and organizations find the right partners, resources, and opportunities to grow.

My work has included developing six-figure brand opportunities, building partnerships around New York Fashion Week, and creating collaborations that bring brands and communities together.

I see the connections between people, ideas, and resources, then figure out how to turn them into opportunities.
